Episode Notes

“The project of DisinfoHacks aims to break away from traditional approaches and find innovative ways and solutions. We aim to hack the existent approaches and create some innovative ones. We have to follow a multilevel approach, corresponding to different needs in various levels: in media, in politics, in the business community, in education, in digital technologies.”

Nikos Panagiotou

“In DisinfoHacks we have an ecosystem approach. The ecosystem approach means that we create a situation where people, citizens, including ourselves, can connect the different dots of the journey of misinformation. We try to unpack, to hack the whole journey of how misinformation happens together, rather than one by one.”
